Description...
This herb belongs to the mint family and it used to ease
digestion, calm the nerves, and relieve muscle spasms, including menstrual cramps.

Apply externally for cuts and scrapes.
Caution...
Cats are attracted to this herb and if they eat too much it
can poison them. It does not have this affect on humans. Avoid catnip during pregnancy.
