Evening primrose oil has
been ranked as one of the most important supplements of the century. It is recommend for a
large range of ailments including arthritis and premenstrual syndrome. However it is

It comes from the seeds of
the yellow primrose and it contains an essential fatty acid known as Gamma Linolenic Acid
(GLA). This fatty acid is responsible for most of the supplement’s benefits. GLA is
made by the body into a substance called prostaglandins. These are hormone type compounds
