Description...
It is the tiny seeds of
fennel that are the most potent and medicinal. These have been used for thousands of years
to treat colic and to increase lactation in nursing mothers.
Fennel has many uses and
the root is also eaten as a vegetable. The powdered form of the plant may also be used as
a flea powder. This herb may help digestion, rid the body of gas and bloating and can be
used externally for the eyes, as well as having many other uses.

Do not take fennel if you
have a history of alcoholism, hepatitis, liver disease, abnormal blood clotting.
