Health Information
| Arnica (Arnica montana)
Arnica grows wild in
Europe, northern Asia, and parts of the United States. Homoeopaths often prescribe Arnica
for bruises, sprains, strains, and other types of accidents that are sudden and may induce
shock.
Most of the plant is
crushed to a pulp and soaked in alcohol before undergoing the dilution process. This
process makes the substance safe and non-toxic.
