Excess pantothenic acid may
cause diarrhoea. This vitamin can be stored in the liver. Applied topically in a shampoo,
this vitamin can improve the condition of the hair.
Deficiency Can Cause...
A deficiency in this
vitamin is rare. However the likely signs are fatigue, headache, nausea and pins and
needles in the hands.
