Payment

Chemist Australia accepts payment by all major credit cards, money orders, bank cheques or Direct Deposit in Australian dollars only. We do not accept cash payment for internet orders unless collected in-store.

Credit cards accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners.

All payments over the Internet are securely processed by the National Australia Bank using state of the art industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption technology. Your credit card details are very safe and are not provided to Chemist Australia at any time. Online payment is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Direct Deposit Bank Account Details (National Bank):

For people who prefer not to pay over the Internet, or do not have Internet access, they are welcome to phone, fax or mail their order and payment details to us. We will process the order immediately upon receipt. You can download the Chemist Australia Order Form for mail/fax orders.

All returned cheques will incur a fee of $25.

Full payment on all orders is required before the despatch of any goods or services.

Returns/Credit Policy:
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Chemist Australia.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
