Directions

Shake well. Measure daily dose using fill line on cap and dilute in 1 litre of water. Drink throughout the day.

Days 1-4: 4 capfuls in water
Days 5-7: 3 capfuls in water
Days 8-9: 2 capfuls in water
Days 10: 1 capful in water

Green tea leaf extract. barley, Cola nut extract (Cola nitida), Mate bush leaf extract (yerba mate). Yunnan tea leaf extract, Weet fennel seed extract, Chicory root, Celery leaf and tip exrtact, Bitter orange peel extract (Citrus Aurantium) and Guarana.
