How it works

  • Vitamin A is essential for the formation of a pigment found in the retina of the eye that is needed for vision at night1
  • Without sufficient vitamin A, the mucous membranes can become hard and dry and therefore are less able to carry out normal functions. The result is a greater susceptibility to infection2,3
  • Sufficient Vitamin A is necessary for proper skin repair and growth4
