Warnings
The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. Taking more than 2500IU a day during pregnancy may cause birth defects.
Selenium is toxic in high doses. Seleniuom from dietary supplements should not exceed a daily dose of 100 micrograms. Not suit for use by children under 15 years.
