Inserting Contact Lenses
Wash Hands and dry thoroughly. Look straight ahead. Raise the upper lid of your eye and hold with three middle fingers of your left or right hand. Now hold the lower lid down with the middle finger of your other hand. Place the lens onto the eye. Look down, release first the bottom lid and then the to lid. Gently close eye.
Usage
On the first day, wear for no more than 4 hours, increasing to 6 hours on the second day and 8 hours on the third day.
Removing
Hold eye in same manner as inserting lens, however to remove, you must pinch the lens gently and remove.
