Comfeel ulcer is a hydrocolloid dressing that contains liquid absorbing particles in an elastic, self-adhesive mass, covered on one side by a semi-permeable film.
Comfeel ulcer maintains a moist environment which softens necrotic tissue and promotes debridement. On absorbing wound exudate the dressing forms a yellowish gel which fills the wound cavity protecting granulation tissue and nerve endings.
