Herron Iron is an essential mineral that plays a vital role in our well being. Lack of iron in the body is known as iron deficiency and affects over one quarter of all adolescent females, and over half of all adult females in Australia.
Iron Complex is a small, easy to swallow, daily supplement, specially formulated with essential nutrients to replenish and aid iron utilisation and help relieve fatigue, malaise and lethargy. It contains Vitamin C to enhance the absorption of iron, Vitamin B12 and Folic acid to assist in the manufacture of red blood cells.

Dosage
