For acute diarrhoea:
Take 2 caplets with liquid initially followed by 1 after each unformed stool. Take a maximum of 8 per day.
For chronic diarrhoea:
Under a doctor's supervision, take 2 caplets initially with water, followed by 1 caplet/capsule/melt after each unformed stool until diarrhoea is under control. After this, your dosage should be reduced to meet individual requirements. When the optimal maintenance dosage has been established, this amount can then be administered as a single dose or in 2-3 divided doses.
