Maybe Baby ovulation test - mini microscope for determining a woman's fertile & infertile period
Maybe Baby ovulation test works with woman's saliva
About MAYBE BABY
Sometimes even perfectly fertile couples have difficulty conceiving. Many healthy couples take at least a year to fall pregnant because there’s only a small window of opportunity in which you can conceive each month. That's why it's really important to know when this fertile period is.
MAYBE BABY Ovulation test is a mini microscope that helps you pinpoint when you ovulate and therefore determine your fertile period. Identifying when you ovulate helps to maximize your chances of falling pregnant. It works as the increased oestrogen levels which occur in the period around ovulation can be identified by examining dried saliva.
As the saliva dries the hormone causes a fern-leaf pattern to develop – a fact that scientists discovered in Italy in 1957. This pattern can be seen through the MAYBE BABY microscope.
MAYBE BABY helps you predict when you are most likely to conceive. No inconvenient, messy urine testing. No complicated daily temperature charts. No visits to the doctor. This simple saliva test helps pinpoint when you are ovulating.
MAYBE BABY is easy to use, clean and non-invasive. It can be used anytime of the day and results are seen in just 10-15 minutes. Unlike other ovulation testers available, MAYBE BABY can be re-used over and over until you get your good news, making it a cost effective alternative to single-use fertility predictors, such as urine testers.
How does MAYBE BABY work?
Maybe Baby works by creating a highly-magnified image of your dried saliva that can show the tiny crystals caused by the high levels of oestrogen present around ovulation.
The level of oestrogen that exists naturally in your saliva increases dramatically 2-3 days prior to ovulating, and reaches its peak during ovulation. During these times, the high levels of oestrogen form a distinctive pattern that is visible in dried saliva and looks like a fern through the MAYBE BABY ovulation microscope.
During a low oestrogen phase, you will see other patterns in your dried saliva that look like dots or pebbles. When you see these patterns, you are not likely to conceive. Charting these different patterns will help you determine which stage of your cycle you are in, and can help you predict and pinpoint when you are ovulating. By predicting ovulation timing, MAYBE BABY may also be helpful in influencing the gender of your baby. (hyperlink to http://maybebaby.com.au/_determining_gender.php)
How to Use MAYBE BABY
For best results, MAYBE BABY should be used immediately after waking and before eating, drinking, smoking or brushing the teeth. Before use, clean the internal glass surface of the viewfinder with the MAYBE BABY lint free cloth (included in the pack). Apply saliva on the clean internal glass surface making sure there are no bubbles. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the saliva to dry then observe the sample through the viewfinder. A pattern will appear to determine the fertile or infertile period of the menstrual cycle.
