Mylanta Original Liq 750ml
Mylanta Original Antacid, for fast relief from indigestion, heartburn, upset stomach, flatulence and wind pain.
Directions / Dosage
10 to 20ml of liquid 3 to 4 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.
Do not drink straight from the bottle. Shake well.
Indications
Antacids rapidly neutralise excess stomach acid, relieving indigestion, heartburn and upset stomach. The anti-flatulent quickly relieves wind pain by dissipating excess gas bubbles in the stomach.
Ingredients
Each 10ml of liquid contains: Magnesium Hydroxide 400mg, Aluminium Hydroxide - Dried 400mg (equivalent to 50% Aluminium Oxide, anhydrous) and Simethicone 40mg.
Also contains: Sodium Butyl Hydroxybenzoate, Sodium Propyl Hydroxybenzoate, and Sodium Methyl Hydroxybenzoate as preservatives; Saccharin Sodium and Sorbitol (95mg/ml).
Warnings
Consult your doctor: If you have been taking Mylanta continuously for 14 days, If symptoms include: vomiting, blood or coffee grain like material in faeces, Before use in children under 12 years of age, Before use if you have kidney disease.
Do not take Mylanta within 2 hours of taking any medication for heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, epilepsy, arthritis, gout, bacterial or fungal infection. Mylanta may reduce the effectiveness of these medications.
If pregnant, do not exceed the recommended dose unless under medical supervision.
Products containing Sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
Discard 6 months after opening.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
